The book instantly captured my attention with a gripping backstory that had me intrigued and wanting to read more. Emily Lloyd-Jones has a captivating way of writing that really draws readers in and keeps you interested the whole way through. She gives back story to each of her characters in just the right amount, and paints the perfect picture of each setting making it easy to visualise each location and part of the story. It had unsuspecting twists throughout and a great ending. I loved this book and would highly recommend it!
