Men live recklessly, make poor lifestyle choices and largely ignore their own health needs until the 'wheels are falling off' or it is too late to be fixed. Consequently, men suffer the most heart attacks, strokes and disabling illnesses before they finally kick the bucket...usually, it is not a pretty ending! Well, as Bob Dylan would say, "Times they are a changing." Men are finally waking up to preventative health care, they are paying attention to their health, appearance and wellbeing. This book is intended to help men along the path towards taking better care of themselves. It provides straightforward answers to questions that men should be asking their doctors.
Dr. Corish consults and lectures in the US and internationally on preventative medicine, natural health and toxicology. Dr. Corish earned his medical doctorate at the University of Miami in Florida.
